1. About these terms
MigraTrace is provided by Ryan J. Stout. These terms apply to this website and describe the service accompanying the MigraTrace app. By using this website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The iPhone app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different license is expressly supplied in the App Store. These website terms do not replace that license or Apple’s purchase terms. Our privacy policy explains information handling.
2. A diary, not medical care
MigraTrace records and summarizes information you provide. It is not a medical provider, emergency service, diagnostic tool, or treatment recommendation service. It does not identify causes or predict future attacks. Labels, factors, and responses are your observations rather than medical conclusions.
Charts and reports depend on the accuracy and completeness of your entries. Missing records remain missing, and optional third-party information may be incomplete or unavailable. A report supports an appointment conversation; it does not replace assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on the app or support email for an emergency.
3. Your use and records
Use the app and website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, or misuse its content. You are responsible for the information you enter and the files you choose to share.
Your diary is local to your iPhone and does not sync between devices. Its database is excluded from iCloud and computer backups. Export any records you want to preserve before deleting the app or replacing your device. We cannot recover diary information we do not hold. Current exports are for your use, not an in-app restore mechanism.
You retain your rights in your own diary content. These terms do not give us ownership of it. Your device, operating system, and any optional service must meet the app’s current requirements.
4. Free features and Pro
Core diary logging, full record access, basic monthly counts, App Lock, data export, and deletion are available without Pro. Pro adds the features described in the app’s offer, including longer-range Patterns and clinician PDF reports. Optional context requires the appropriate device support and permissions.
Current prices, billing periods, available purchase types, and any eligible trial are shown in the App Store purchase flow before confirmation. Availability may vary by country and Apple Account. A trial is available only if Apple confirms eligibility; no trial or lifetime offer is promised by this website.
5. Billing and cancellation
Apple handles purchases, payment, and subscription administration under its terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account settings. An eligible trial may convert to a paid subscription as disclosed when you subscribe. Manage or cancel before renewal according to Apple’s displayed terms.
Deleting the app or its data does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s processes, subject to applicable consumer rights. If Pro access ends, your existing diary remains accessible, but features requiring Pro may no longer be available. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app and website useful, but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free results. Features, supported operating systems, and optional services may change. Apple Health, Apple Weather, the App Store, and linked websites are operated by their respective providers.
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without additional warranties. App warranties and liability provisions are addressed in its applicable license. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Changes affecting a purchase remain subject to Apple’s terms and applicable law.
7. Website content
The MigraTrace name, visual identity, website design, and supplied content are owned by their respective rights holders. You may view the website for personal informational use. Other use requires permission or a legal basis. Apple, iPhone, App Store, Apple Health, and Apple Weather are trademarks or services of Apple Inc.; their mention does not imply endorsement of MigraTrace.
Website screenshots use fictional sample records. They illustrate the app and are not testimonials, medical results, or a guarantee of health outcomes.
8. Updates and contact
